As part of Pot Belly's 50th birthday celebrations, Mixed Bill Madness proudly presents Majestic XI, Kill City and Darkglove. Majestic XI (that's Majestic Eleven) are a five-piece originals band of experienced musicians from Sydney's punk rock scene, playing a set that ranges from reggae through to hard-hitting fast rock. Members have previously played in Toys Went Berserk, Happy Hate Me Nots, Young Docteurs, Chaos, Queen Anne's Revenge, The Baddies and Balkan Grill: Mark Crasti (lead vocals, harmonica), Paul Hayward and Ned Alphabet (guitars, backing vocals), Matt Posst (bass) and Mark Nicholson (drums). Darkglove formed in 2019, tracking the G. Gittoes film "White Light". A classic three-piece featuring Michael Sheridan (previously of Max Q, No, Dumb and The Ugly), working on their fourth album — electronica meets metal, music streamed exclusively on Bandcamp. Kill City deliver originally-penned hard rock, punk, psyche and boogie — five musicians with, in their own words, "rock & roll for blood". Doors 7:30pm. Bands 8:00–10:45pm.
